The app

• Speech recognition and AI text cleanup run on your Mac. Audio and dictated text are not sent to us or to third-party AI providers.
• Audio is discarded after transcription. History is off by default; if enabled, it is encrypted on your Mac and auto-deleted on the schedule you choose.
• The app downloads speech and language models from third-party hosts (e.g. Hugging Face) on first use. Those hosts see your IP address.
• Once paid plans launch, the app will contact our payment/licensing provider to validate your license key. This sends the key and basic device information, not your dictation.
• The app contains no analytics. Diagnostic logs stay on your Mac unless you choose to export and send them to us.

• If you join the waitlist, we collect your email, role and Mac model to invite you to the beta and plan development.
